I started Eden Home Services as a second career in 2024 after twenty-five years of fixing up my own homes and investment properties in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and California.

After receiving certifications as an Aging-in-Place Specialist and a Senior Home Safety Specialist, I have recently expanded my services to include comprehensive assessments and recommendations for those looking to stay in their homes as they age.

Pricing

For home improvement work, pricing is based on the project and free estimates are provided.

For aging-in-place engagements, an assessment is conducted as a first step. A proposal is then generated with a breakdown of costs for the recommendations outlined in the assessment.

Credit cards and ACH payments are accepted for an additional processing fee.
